i shut down the whole of aldershot garrison once (when the IRA was on full bombing campain)... left a tool wallet and some wire on a BT telephone junction box on the main street on a friday afternoon . . . i was the most unpopular bloke in the area that night :D , bomb squad flying all over the place , military police setting up road blocks for 5 square miles, local traffic brought to a standstill LMAO , people evacuated all over the place . . . needless to say NO ONE apart from me see the funny side of it :D
