Ive got a brand new 520 o-ring chain that a few links are seized up on.
In the old days i wouldve bought a length to replace it but dont seem to be able to do that now..
Havent got enough wd40 to soak the chain completely..
Any ideas that are quick n cheap?

Don't use WD40!! It will kill the o rings :D

i would be a tad concerned why a new o ring chain was seized in the first place.
if corrosion has got past the o rings and into the pins then damage is already done.

I second the diesel. makes a great penetrating oil.

Boil it in grease.
Left over sweet tin from Xmas, camping stove/blowtorch/cooker, tin of grease.
Give it long enough to heat the chain through so any air behind the O rings expands, then let it cool in the grease.
Once the grease has set, take the chain out wipe off the excess.
If that didn't do it, it's shagged.
