I first came across the noise before the frog was added to it (as did the frog graphic creator...)

It was part of 'the insanity test' (http://www.sbarnes.worldonline.co.uk/insanity/insanity.htm) that did the e-mail round a couple of years ago, but that stoopid frog has quite spoiled it, as it's not funny anymore...

yea, insanity test was funny, the frog aint (whos gonna have it as a bloody ringtone?), mind, the noise was also in the PC version of motoGP (mabye motoGP2) as an easteregg, pretty funny racing round a track when all the bikes are doing that :)
