Anyone coming from Plymouth to the BMAD Bike festival at Paignton this weekend. Avoid the Road between Dartington and Totnes. Police van checking speed ,tax and mot status. If you cant think of a way round it.Turn left at Dartington church and follow the road it goes round the back of the checkpoint and brings you out the other side on the same road. . Its only me getting me own back on em coz they nicked me for my number plate. teeeheeee. Donovan

when the festival is on there like flies around ****e,and the bit that really pisses me off is they dont pull the chav doing 45 in a 30 along the seafront, they'll pull someone for a small plate..... :mad: :mad:

i'd imagine there will be a few "checkpoints" around the areafor this event.

My thoughts exactly , seems we have a new parking limit in the village and they have managed to have 4 coppers on the beat for the past few days to keep it up and fine anyone £70 on the spot for parking in a non parking area (of which there are 14 slots) , or for staying in the spot for more than 20 mins . Where are they normally , when windows are being caved in or vehicles damaged in said area ??? my mind boggles :rolleyes:

1 officer per 3.5 parking spaces . Nice one lads
