Not been to this one for a few years, so thought I'd go back. I know a few of us will be going Ben for def, Pyro threatening.
Anyone else going along?

4/5/6 April 2008 - 3Bs Berkshire - 7th Last Stand Rally

Holtwood farm, Holtwood, Hampstead Marshall, Nr Newbury, RG20 0JH (same as before).

Tickets - prebook £10, OTG £12. Cars - disabled free, otherwise £5 extra (goes to charity).

Five bands.

All the usual stalls, beer, games, food etc.

if i get me bike sorted i`ll be there for sure. just of to the bike shop for some gaskets and stuff now. can`t use the chop at the mo (no mot) back brake needs sorting. hope to see some of you there. fingers crossed.

Yeah - just a field & a barn from what I remember. I went to the 1st one a few years back, then the 2nd which was so fecking cold I vowed never to go again.
But I've got that nagging feeling I should go to tie up with some old mates

Dunno if I can make it, meeting has been moved to Sunday but I 'need' to change my steering head bearings, its like riding a jelly at the moment.

Would have been nice to meet everyone and video them.... maybe I'll try to get down for the afternoon on Saturday.

So far down here in the saffffff, we still have beautiful sunshine, and its quite warm too, few dark clouds, but it aint gonna put me off.
Just waiting for Clanger to arrive, she's due in an hour or so, then we'll be on our way.

It was a great rally, first 3b's rally i've ever been to, and i knew no one, (except Clanger-and this dude who recognised me from yonks ago) Thought it was going to be a toughy, but what a great bunch of people i met, it was brilliant, loved it, I shall definately go to a 3b's do again, and I encourage anyone else to as well.

Also met Stevie, which was great, but i got to be honest, I was a bit flappy, his voice makes me all chilled and quite wobbly knee'd, so talking to him, i was aware i was quite dithery, lol. I think at the grand age of 40, I've become a groupie, and he's close enough for me to stalk, lol...joke Stevie. i wont stalk ya, but if you sing to me, i'll have your babies. lol :D

Good to meet up with folks from on here. Had a bloody great time. Very late to bed, plenty of beer an' conversation, snow this mornin'. Superb. Big thanx to 3Bs for an excellent do ....as always.

Snubbed, nah, that was just short sentances 'cos I'm a tad knackered. If you stalk Nickleback's singer he'll only write a whiney, moaney song about it that the rest of us have to put up with, on the good side tho is that he's got more money than I have an' I'm sure he don't go back to a small tent at the end of his gigs.
As for 'but if you sing to me, i'll have your babies', medically that is impossible but if it happens can I have half the cash when you sell the story to the daily rags :D

OF course you can, and half the fee's from Jeremy Kyle, Jerry Springer, and that Patronising Trisha, You could appear on Richard and Judy, about psycho groupies, after all bad publicity is good publicity. (i'll have half of those earnings too)
I can see it now, putting black liquorice over our front teeth, learning chav language. Me wailing in a high pitched common accent, you no you de facking dad.
