Kiffer, its totally the wrong time of year to be selling that bike, try again in March and it will sell. It would be a bloody shame to break it for spares.

Hi Karl tried all ways I can and cant raise the funds mate

dont sell just casue of your reasons,s just make sure it aint there and thats it

anyway bailiffs cant conme unless you defaulted on CCJ etc etc, they make loads of threats but in truth theres actually little they can do very easily

I know as I learnt the hard way, I sold my lowrider for silly money!!!! just to get rid as I beleived they were coming to mine, they couldnt and didnt, so spent my time since then felling sick as a pig to be honest

good luck with it all

if you do break it up then get al ist of parts with prices up here and might be interested in parts.

if you use it to get to work they cant touch it.....
and if its a council tax thing then the worst they can do is refer it back to the local council...they have no power!!!!!!!.
unless you have already let them in to do a walking posession levy.
if you havnt just tell em to f..k off, trust me mate i know what they can do and what they say they can do,just dont let them in your house....
if you need some legal advice pm me....
dont let the fu.kers grind you down......

Rain here (Drew's smarter and better looking half )

If you are looking for a ebay member you can do a advance search and find them.
Bassman75 though is a US member with terrible feedback, I don't know if this link will work

http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/bassman75/

But if not, go to ebay and at the side of the search bar there is a link called advanced search. If you click on that you will get a side bar listing of all the things you can do there. One of those is "find a member" through that you can contact them.

Hope that helps.

I sold a bike on there with a buy it now.

Someone who uses this board pushed the button and then didn't have the folding/family probs yadda,yadda-want the money not excuses.

Seems Ebay has loads of probs if your selling stuff.

Better luck next time/move or hide it :D

I have read of a couple of other people who have had their account hacked.
Seems it is a problem.

I think its vehicles that seems to be the big problem on Ebay , I live at the end of the earth (Lands End) and no-one wanting to buy or bid wants to travel down here to view before bidding , and one persons description differs to another , I've been a Power Seller for a couple of years and only had the odd problem , but been very lucky selling vehicles .

I watched Kiffers chop end and it all looked genuine . Sorry to hear it all went belly up .

If money probs are the issue best to say its a mates bike , they cant touch others property even if its in your name , I had a spot of bother when my first business went pear shaped and the bike I had was registered to me. BUT , was my mates , it was registered to me so I could insure it and use it . Honest :p
