Should be a good one - we're finally able to get our house sorted now I've finished uni and got a steady job so the building work starts in summer, we'll be living on a building site for a few months though.
We'll be doing a lot more bike rallies this year.
John bought himself a mountain bike today (I've got one already) and we plan to spend every weekend that we are not at rallies doing long rides to get fitter and losing the last bit of chub. It's very hilly round here.
We plan on doing a lot more sea swimming and also learning how to dive - there are loads of great wrecks to visit in Seaford bay.
We also plan on coming to Scotland so maybe meet up with Maggie and Phil on the way and Fran and Dougie.
It would be nice to have another forum meet up too:)

Well, we're going to do the house up, hopefully sell it and move so that (a) we can get out of the middle of town, and (b) have a house with a garage.
As well as that, I'm hoping to change my job.
Hopefully we'll still fit in plenty of rallies too.

It appears we're meeting Mitch & Mrs R!!!!! :D
For me,at least,I'll be doing more rallies, riding the bike a lot more and hopefully continuing to get a grip of this feckin' depression.

For it is to get my CB900 on the road, get to a few different rallys, there are so many to chose from but i seem to always do the same ones each year.
For the first time for years, I've got nothing major planned for this year.
(Last year was new job/move house/get married.)
So I'm gonna chill out, enjoy life, and see what comes along.

This year I`m cutting back on the rallys, and focusing on trips to europe
including off to Faro on the bike via portsmouth - Bilboa July 9th - 29th
I`d like to spend a week going to Germany again riding some fabulous roads in the Swabian alps, this time in dryer weather.
I`m planning to go to NABD and Creatures Do the following week as I`ve ordered tickets. I may also go to the Ogri again, other than that lot nothing else
I plan on calling KKM a bitch at every opportunity and hopefully will be able to do it in person again. :D

My plans are to get my Triumph finished and then start on another one! I would also like another holiday abroad as we didn't have one last year. OK, I went to the Altes Elefanten treffen last year but not an actual holiday with Jill so that doesn't count. France or Germany either after or before the Patriots do on August bank holiday weekend is looking the favourite. By that I mean either go to the festival and then straight on holiday or do the festival on the way back!
I've got to be back in the UK for the bank holiday weekend as it's the Challenge cup final :D . Hopefully my team (the Bradford Bulls) will be playing in it and winning it. It would be even better if it was against Gravs team (Wigan!) :p

My trip around Wales..I haven't made my mind up for certain yet whether to use the GT750 or the Vmax...at the moment I'm favouring the GT...but as most of the journey will be in North Wales which is fairly cold and rainy I may hang on until May or June..There's very little point in doing the trip if I don't get photographs.. :D John

Got a trip out to our club in Lingen, Germany for their 30th Anniversary, then in September I'm off to Brechin to play at the Saints & Sinners rally before headin' over to Ireland for a week an' some to travel an' play, takin' in the Quay Vipers Snakebite Rally on the followin' weekend along the way.
I reckon I ought to fit in a family break as well but if a gig I'm waitin' to hear about in Greece comes off that'll be that sorted too as they'll be able to spend a week out there with me.
It always feels so wrong to talk of the rest of the year this early on, it's like wishin' it away but I know if I don't get myself organised early the rest of the year will turn to ratschitt. See you in a field someplace folks.

Mmmm 2008. The plan is to not get rained on as much, to get in a few gigs with more people and mebbe even be able to afford to pay staff at a couple so that I can actually get time to chat to folk about summat other than T-shirts and take time out for a beer with mates instead of just working.
As for definate plans, me little stall will be at East Leeds Lions, The number one and Autumn Nabdness. Hopefull for but not booked yet, Wozwolf, Silsden Sewer Rats, I.T.V. and The Yorkshire Pud. Will also be poppin up working for Garry here n there.
Little plug to end up with, If you're organising a rally for 500+ folk and you'd like my little Far Canal stall there, drop us a line at Lemmy@fidoscojones.com and we'll see what we can do.
Have a dry one this year folks 'n' I'll see you in a field somewhere

Well! First I plan to get the trike back on the road.. Hopefully I'll be able to have mi new knees fitted.. been waiting a long time, due to muscel infection.. but it's now looking good so hopefully they'll do both replacements quickly.. I've been working as a community artist, also I've started a woodcarving club/school; I hope to biuld on it's success and open a gallery & studio offering teaching weekends.. All this can happen new knees or not... I can still work and teach using my wheelchair if I have to :)
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL
