having been out for a blast on the bike this morning i left the m6 at junction 7 and hit a sunken drain/manhole cover. the sun is so low in the sky at this time of year that it is slap bang in your eyeline, it speaks volumes for the stability of the bike and the fact that it weighs getting on for a third of a ton that i did'nt lose control  but it just goes to show how close to disaster we are at times. :)

Gotta be careful...

....I was out the day before yesterday, on the bike 'cause it's better at getting 'round Grimsby than the car !!!

I was following a car at a moderate 30 Mph (wet, greasy roads) through the town when the daft twat stopped at the traffic lights...... A FUCKING GREEN TRAFFIC LIGHT !!!!

I managed to keep the bike upright by holding the seat with me asshole !!!!

Who taught that fucker to drive ??????

ha ha doro, well i didn't do it on purpose, i was following garry and others, yes i was at the back cos i was female grrr, but i was looking over to my left at some very gorgeous bikers then i suddenly looked in front and thought opps i better brake.......... and i did brake all rules i panicked, pulled my clutch and braked at the same time......ssskkkiiidddddddddddddd, thought OMG im gonna shopw myself up, NOT "OMG I might die" anyway i got control then it happened again, so when we stiopped in hawes or somewhere i said to garry "theres something wrong with my bike grrrr".......... so garry took it for a spin around all the hairpins and i was tapping my fingers waiting for ages, thinking he might of come off but no he came back beaming, and all 15stone of him said "bloody great bike that, nowt wrong there darling, must be you" hmmmmmmmmmmmm, well i know, but i would rather be a live coward than a dead hero, and really cant wait to get out again, maybe tomoriw if the roads are dry. :)
