Just been to see mi Doc today as mi kidneys have been giving me a bit of jip.He told me i wasn't drinking enough.Tidy i thinks,so am off down the boozer.See yer...... :p

That's probably not enough water. Had the same thing a few years back, kidneys got pickled and they can really hurt when they get going.
Advice time. drink at least a litre of water a day and get some herbs called Kasbah Remedy. Drink a litre of this for a week and your kidneys will love you for it.

What you really need is a couple of pounds of steak diced and mixed with your kidneys ....then braised for a couple of hours at a slow heat.....
Then your kidneys will be perfect.......Simple huh!!!

I've noticed that the petrol stations are using the "Ewok & Tuck" marketing philosophy of "if they need it we'll rip 'em off for it"
Even Asda has put the price up of their own label vegetable oil which I've been running me diesel Land Rover and Mondeo taxi on for ages now.
