Hang in there...Every day in every way...things get better and better

It's not the amount you improve by it's the fact that you are improving that is great...when it all stops for over a year, that's when you are as good as you are going to get. so at the moment well done, and keep testing yourself...John

well yer wouldn't believe it but even vans can skid on oil in corners

technically yer it was my fault i braked for a corner

then the van skidded and the front end got stoved in with me inside it

cops said i wern't speeding though and attributed the road surface to my vans death :(

me i thought typical if i had been on a bike i would have just slid off thought fuck it kicked it straight and rode it home

Ouch Pug! That sucks, mate

trust me it's heaps better ;)

looked at two futures

1 one wiv a wonky leg , with limited bend , loads of knee pain and discomfort (currently have 117degress of bend and minus 10 degress of straightness) but could still ride the chop coz it has forwards :D

2 with lots of bend and almost normal , still riding the chop and the triumph (coz it needs more knee bend to sit on the b'stard thing), but painfull occasionaly <---that's what i'm aiming for

just raggin me leg a bit more in physio hurts a bit but fuckit it's getting stronger

+ i need to work coz i hav a plan for a New Bike Project

Work well i'm gettting SSP still and fuck all else but the Council is paying me rent and council tax so i'm making ends meet just about

got moved into a council flat on a temp basis in Cirencester in September after they got involved in my eviction notice from my previous private landlord there amazing the Council lot they found me a flat to live in 10 days , to say i was gobsmacked is a understatement , i suppose having a fucked leg at the time helped a bit so something good came out of me accident
10 mins from the town centre

have been told i'm on the Approved list for Settled Accomodatiom Classed as a urgent case and passed all 5 of there critera needs so gold banded , at some point i'll have Permenant Digs in the Cotswolds somewhere

Work wise me jobs being kept open for me and i'm hoping to back full time b4 year end or ealry jan

Physio 3 times a week is helping me leg out a lot
