Christmas Presents That You Always Wanted!!!

What presents did you get? Good or bad!

Best gift i got was a Digi camera.....

Worst was a box of broken biscuits....which were ginger flavour....and way past their sale by date...kids are gonna be eating them or i might wrap them back up and give them back next year! :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

We got ourselves a digital radio. Got cutlery from my mother and computer stuff and cosmetics from other rellies, pretty good Xmas really, didn't get anything that made us barf! :D

Everything I got was good.New boots,three books (including both Pratchett's and Andy MacNab's newies),three DVDs (Point Break,So I Married an Axe Murderer and Gogs-the Complete Collection),a case of beer WOOHOO!,sweeties,and a £50 cheque from my old fella!
Fran did pretty well too! :D

Forgot about the bottle of Jagermeister. :)

Got a digicam and a new guitar thanks Ma&Pa! and my bro got me Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman's book, long way round. I recommend it!
Wost was 2 books "Thermodynamics, and engineering approach and Fluid mechanics level 1" -still I need em, got exams soon.

Best pressie?
Difficult to name just one,they was all bril and things i wanted.....GD did a pretty good job on the pressie front really! :D
Hawkwind DVD,Spaceritual CD,MOH for the XBOX,Spike Milligan's version of the Bible,a Rochdale FC clock with a piccie of the stadium on it,cute 'I love you' xmas teddy wiv choccies............AND a BIG tube of smarties!!! :)


The one that actually brought a tear to me eye was a hand painted mug off GD's youngest daughter,(7 years old),and she'd painted 'Best Dad' on it. Sweet and meant quite a lot.

Well, we must of all been really good in our house 'cos Santa left loads of pressies!
BS got me loads of really good pressies.......but I aint gonna tell about some of them! ;)

He brought a tear to my eyes with the most gorgeous set of champagne glasses, engraved with both our names, and when put together the base and stems form a heart! Came with a bottle of fizz and choccies too! They are gonna be saved for a "special occasion"!
He also got me the first book in the "winnie the pooh series", a winnie the pooh calender, another couple of glasses, but with the vodka and archers to make "sex on the beach"! and a DVD.....the original Scrooge.

The best Christmas for years and years, hope you all had a good one too!

Pressies - well, some you win and some you lose....

Younger daughter decided to drag us kicking and screaming into the 21st century - she gave us a DVD player and some DVDs to play on it.

My brov who I haven't seen for 3 years came to stay and gave us a coffeemaker. I did manage not to tell him that we've just put our last one in the boot sale box cos we never used it and it took up space in the kitchen! But it was great to see him so I shall find a corner for it..

Other stuff - some perfume I wanted and some red wine and a book I've read, some liqueur chocs I hate and some red wine and a DVD of my fave film Ghost (someone was in the know there!), some slippers I can't wear oh and did I mention the red wine? And a wine rack!

Speaking of which, I think I've got some Baileys left......................
