BTW, innit amazing..............I been drivin around all day since the wee small hours and I ain` seen a single motorcycle on the road, not even in sherburn in elmet near the cafe / milk bar :confused:

Most folks are leaving the bike alone over the xmas period, I am one of them. I do this every year cos I tend to have a drink when i visit friends and family at this time so it makes sense to use public transport or taxi's. Saves getting a Driving ban.

I was out xmas eve... Best time around here seems to be between 11:00am and 1:00pm. Seems a bit warmer then.

I got some nice ski socks for xmas to keep me skinny ankles warm so I'll be out in the week to test them

I was out on Boxing Day to get a scanner.Had very little to drink the night before and had left about 14 hours from my last drink.God it was cold here!Frost still on the main roads.

We've seen loads of bikes on the road here. I have never tried riding pissed, after 2 glases of wine I can't even walk never mind ride, god knows what would happen!!! :eek:
