Need a tyre....

Me front tyre is dead, can any of you knowledgable people recomend somewhere to get a tyre at a good price, or recomend a particular tyre brand, Dont want to spend a lot, but I dont want anything made of teflon either.

Cheapest I can find so far is £86.95.

I dont believe there is nothing cheaper in a 110/70-17 out there.

Someone must have some ideas.
