Wot fetll al you kats n kittens out there in 100%biker land n basking in the aura of the bikerlifestyle................
Just popped in like, to say a big THANK YOU to all you bros n sistas who helped to make the CALDARIUM MCC 7TH HEX RATED RALLY at Arncott the great success it was.
Thanks to the clubs that attended - SHIM WHITTLERS, TIMELORDS, METAL HEADS, HARBOUR RATS (or was it QUAY RATS??) from over the water, UNITED BIKERS, with no disrespect meant to those I have omitted to mention as the cat did a whoopsie on me handwritten notes and me kip bag where I dropped 'em in the hall way prior to giving my everloving Mrs. EverReady a welcome home present and as my short term memory has about as much width as one of Jordan's them there g strings, I am somewhat handicapped in the memory stakes.So apologies to those not mentioned, and as I say, no disrespect.............
The weather coulda been better and it was as cold as a witch's tit on friday night but the warmth of the bros n sistas partying on down more than made up for it.
The bands were feckin good, especially CELTIC PRIDE............from the valleys boyyo is'n it, and ADRENALIN did a really tight set............
There were some fantastic rides too (and not just in the tents either), orgasmic, orgasmic I say I was at some of the outstanding metal that the bros n sistas had rode in on................the art of custom bike building is alive and well............did ya see that diesel turbo jobbie?????????....work of art or wot??
There are four things I reckon make a good rally....1 - good scoff
2 - good beer
3 - good company
4 - clean bogs
and this rally had it all............ESPECIALLY THE BOGS!!!!! ....and warm as well
-ya can't beat a clean bog with plenty of paper, hot n cold running water and a warm seat...........n no cold drafts under the netty door.....and electric light!!!!!!! LOVVERLY......
AND HOT SHOWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!....we are spoiling you kats n kittens I know but hell,, for a tenner pre book or 12 quid on the gate it was great value for money I reckon................
The sharp eyed among you will have noticed of course the impromptu fire drill on friday night, if you did'nt you can't have missed the smoke.....or p'raps you did.................coulda been a whole lot worse and lessons learnt I hope..............a litttle bit of lpg does go rather a long way.....
Mr HEX RATED went down a storm as usual and there was many a tremble in the lower trouser department (and that was just the lasses) as the bros strutted their stuff and other points south on the stage. Bungle had to go for a lie down after, quite overcome she was...................or mebbe it was the cake..............
Come Sunday I was quite depressed that it was all over , especially as the club had all the clearing up to do as you happy and no doubt hung over (especially the caledonian contingent!!) campers vacated the site to wend your unsteady way homeward.....well, it was rather windy....
It was grand to meet up with old mates n matesses, nice to see you SHEP n you too BUNBAG, (as sexy as ever you gorgeous thang....) and a lot of other friends made since my return to the biking scene after my near death experience and return to two wheel heaven............
So, once again, grateful thanks to all of you who made the trip and enjoyed the party, much, much respect, peace n love to all of yiz and don't forget....GERRIT IN YOUR DIARY FOR NEXT YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
