Phobias

So who has got one. I dont just mean a fear of something, I mean a true bloodied phobia. One that brings you out in a sweat, you tremble and feel that if you had to face it, you'd die of a heart attack.

I cant even type the word it makes go wobbly. I cant look at them on TV, I cant read the word without shaking. And I run from anything that looks like one.

I'm afraid of heights and go weak at the knees, but this is'nt a true phobia for me, its the other thing which I cant mention.

So whats yours and do you know why you got it in the first place.

dunno if its quite the scale your talking about, but hypodermics do it to me, try and take blood or give me a jab and im a wreck, normally pass out

The only thing that really really bothers me is vast areas of open water, like in the middle of the ocean. Just freaks me out :o

Dentists!!!!, in the 60's in Liverpool I went to a dentist to have 2 front teeth taken out, he gave me gas but I came to as he had just taken the first one out.
They held me down and took the other one out without any anaesthetic, ever since I have been s**t scared of dentists.
Nothing else in life has done that to me.

Dentists for me too, I had the missfortune many years ago to spend some time at Her majestys pleasure and got into a fight witch removed half of one of my front teeth one visit to the prison dentist later and I've never been again. My teeth are knackered, really bad but I aint going back till they are so bad I've gotto get them all taken out under knock out gas and then I can have a nice shiney new pair :D

Love spiders, wasps are fine (let them land on me sometimes), birds and mice are my friends, lol :D

Had to larf as Le Husband was sitting nekkid save for his dressing gown last week, 2 furk-off ginormous baby-eating spiders crawled out - one up his neck and one down his leg. He hit the ceiling whilst I held my sides larfing :D Took him ages to cam down.

Deep water - haven't been able to challenge that one yet...

I find that its only pain or death people create a phobia about and to challenge them gives you such a buzz (all the good drugs) its worth doing...

It does mean scaring me takes a little more than it used too, I now don't watch most horror films as I find them dull or they just put me off mi dinner! Which is not a good thing :(

I ride a virago 535 commonly known as Lady Boop. She is being customised at the moment, the latest edition is a stainless steel sissy bar which has been made for me so need to give it a wiggle this weekend to fit it properly...
Its a long process cos she has to be kept roadworthy at the same time so a lot of work is being done at the weekend which is fine now that the rideouts/rallies etc are slowing down a bit....got to choose a a couple of weekends for the painting/spraying...

Can't keep up with it all!!!! Good fun though
