they did that with mine too, and no pain numbing to be seen. thinking back i wasnt numbed for any of my piercings :confused:
Like you i will stick to my tatts i think, have an odd habit of pulling the piercings out, and that hurts alot more than having them put in.

It's never been out, even when it was infected. It's never gonna come out either, short of being life-threating. I spent fecking ages sorting the infection, the pain was incredible for such a small wound (fence spike through my leg was easier to deal with than that!).

Pains nothing compared to the buzz I used to get afterwards :D
