Did a 200+ mile trip yesterday and had to break out the majority of the Winter kit to do it - big boots, textile troosers, textile jacket with Winter lining, nanoo nanoo gloves, full-face helmet with clear visor. Only things I didn't wear were me techo-jammies and the glove liners ...

Not much of a Summer, was it? :(

You wuss Sampson , I am still in my summer gloves and no thermal liner things riding to work every morning. You is gonna tell us the "war wounds" are aching next ;)

As long as the sunshines I is happy on a bike, actually February , particulary the really clear days are one of my favourite times to ride. No power rangers on the good roads for starters :)

Heated grips are the thing to have! And you usually find the people who mock them are those that don't ride during the winter. Heated clothing is also good but possibly too much of a drain on most winter rats battery.

I did have heated grips on t'Changeling last Winter and they were great for keeping the chill off, but they got trashed in the crash. :(

Might have to get some for the Bandit Dark. :)

Winter,winter,winter?

Oh yeah, I remember that. That means I'll have to get some socks to go inside my flipflops when I'm out on the bike.
