Another one of them mass passed around E mails I receive from strangers but.

I've seen some bad spelling on Ebay but this seller is great :)

Have a look at his auction.

Sir Jackie Stewart didn't let a spot of bad spelling stop him from being a 3 time F1 Champion. Why does it have to be held against this chap?

Links in that thread don't work, but it is worrying that folk said that.

Mind you, when he is selling mudguards and stuff.......

..............it doesn't really matter a feck!

Anyway, lots of folk would kill for such good feedback.......

.............so he must be spellin sumfim feckin rite!

Yes, I see what you mean..........

1 negative and 1 neutral out of 144 sales;

versus

1 negative out of 430 buys;

.......is still very good, then you find out both the folk that left the negs. are no longer members !

As for safety.........

............I have bought and sold on there for over 5 years.........

..............................and Ah'm as happy as a bear in ra wuds!

So let's see if I have this straight..........

.........for safety on ebay, you advise me to....

Ignore overall feedback percentages.

Thoroughly check to see how many negatives are based on sales.

Thoroughly check to see how many negatives are based on bought items.

Thoroughly check the feedback of those giving the negatives, in case they are dead bikers, rather than those expelled from ebay for wrong-doing.

Then after all that, ignore that research because.........

........" ...feedback is not the be all and end all of a deal and negatives do not always denote a bad ebayer...."

Finally, run like feck if the boogers cannae spell ?

Aye that will be feckin rite !

With one tit for tat negative in 5 years, I have no need to better my feedback.
