OK ....... here goes ............ we have arranged our holiday abroad for the 15th October and we are going to the Excalibur rally on the friday before (the 12th).

So it is go to rally on 12th ... back on 14th .... away on holiday on 15th.

We have decided to call in at Bradford registrar office on the 12th October at 11am so we can get married before we head off for the rally.

We will probably call in at the pub next door for a quick celebratory drink before we go home and pack the bikes up for the ride down to the rally.

So ............. if anyone would care to join us for the wedding ceremony and a quick drinky poos ..... we would love to see you there.

The more the merrier (as many bikes as possible would be nice lol)

LOL .... Yeah I suppose it does sound a bit like that doesnt it ..........truth is we have been trying to plan this for the best part of 2 years, finding the right venue has been a nightmare. We live in Yorkshire which is where i am from and where my family and friends are, and he moved up from Derbyshire where his family and friends are. We could not find anywhere suitable half way for everyone to go to.

We arranged our holiday a week ago as we both are overdue our holidays from work ........ should have had them august but could not get same weeks off, this is the only one we could get where we had same weeks, and it coincided with the rally the weekend before.

Suddenly everything seemed to drop into place ........... we have the wedding on the friday .... where my lot can get to ........... we go to the rally which can be our reception ....... where all his lot can get to ........ and our holiday can now be our honeymoon.

And by sheer coincidence ........ the day we get married will be the third anniversary of us getting together .......... so seemed the perfect time really.
