Just a few words to remind folk what this forum is about. I like to think this forum is a good mix of personalities, we are all bikers and like minded folk, most of us have met some, if not all of the others, friendships have been forged that have stuck for ages. Yes there is some heated debate now and then, we cannot all agree all the time. But I do like to think this forum's success is built on fun and the ability of its member to respect others opinions even if they do not agree with those opinions themselves. The majority of us feel we know each other well enough to be able to take the piss, but we also know the line between taking the piss and causing offence.
Please bear that in mind.
I have openly encouraged freedom of speech and will try my best to not delete threads or posts unless absolutely neccessary, but there is a fine line between freedom of speech and allowing personal insults and vendettas to continue. THIS I WILL NOT DO!
I hate having to post this, I hate deleting threads and posts, but I have had to do that today and it sickens me. Freedom of speech is not malicious, it is not personal insults aimed at each other.
For all those who do not have any idea of why I am writing this , then please accept my appologies for boring you with this rant, for anyone who does know what Im on about, please take heed or TAKE IT OUTSIDE!

THAT IS WHAT PRIVATE MESSAGING AND EMAIL IS FOR.

Thanks Pat

some folk can't tell the difference between a conversation, a debate and an argument

I like all the posts and post'ers' on this forum and I like the lack of personal arguments being brought into things.

I always keep things of a more personal nature in PMs

(God I hope Stu and Pat can't read some of the PMs I send Gypsy *blush*)

tis one of the better things on here, the edit button and the ability to PM folk

long may it stay like this

although thanks to one or two of the peeps on here who did a good job of moderating the thread themselves, well done chaps :)

now, lets get back to the sillyness

Could'nt add to Pats statement, well said, there are some fine and upstanding people on here. I would hate to see things degenerate as they have done on other sites.
Personal stuff is just that personal and shouldnt be aired.
Blast Ive added to Pats statement.

Hope you ALL have a fine and splendid Christmas & a great New Year.

Thats quite alright, Chaz always has to have his little dig about my age... He hides his obsession really well dont you think? But sadly he has no chance with me... I like men with some kind of style and taste in clothes, I dont even expect too much from men when it comes to clothes, black will do fine, but I'm afraid Chaz falls rather short there too...... :p

Me thinks that there's a tea dance on today at the centre she goes to for her afternoon cuppa. Rich tea biscuits only though because anything else gets stuck under her plate. :D

Ooh I'm sooo hurt now. Me, ageing, I'm just a spring chicken of a lad, thinking of all the nice people on here who I'm inviting to my fortieth next August. You are on my list Pat, even though Neil Diamond will not be on the playlist. :D

Yah , yah , yah,
blah , blah , blah

I'm the easy target eh? Come on you f8ckers is that the best you got?

I'll have you know I'm a trendsetter and the fashion world watch with "baited breathe" to see my next move. I nearly had my own designer shoe factory ( see this month's 100%) to prove it!
Syrup of figs? I have a mane of hair ( allright most of them are grey) that grown men would cry for. Well... maybe just Dan then. and he ain't a man. but he cries a lot.
as for viagra.... who needs it when you got Vodka.

As for 8 x 4 of Pat - pleeeease! The help the aged poster campaign was last month. Although I do have naked photos of a female editor here - who could that be?

That's my retort for now. Any more questions? No? thank you and f8ck off!
I drop my pants , stand on a stool and blow wind in your general direction!

No problem. May I also recommend that you equip Madam Doro with an elephant gun (not saying that some forum members are on the substantial side or anything), a supply of Rophynol or other sedating drug of your choice, a large roll of gaffer tape and a very large bar of Wright's Coal Tar soap for the washing out of mouths.

Not That You'll Need Them, Doro. Not Often, Anyway...

Because I'm worth it!
