ok so i can be an understanding person but this is not only takeing the piss but also just goes to show that the health care syste is fucked!

i work with this girl who had just come back to work on rehab hours coz ive she had her 10th ental brakedown an lost the plot. she is by poler which for those who dont no means shes a manic depresive with a skitso personality,
she has violet mood swings and can be aggresive towards the staff as well as winding up the servise users ( people with learing diss).

now coz she being supported by the mental health act she is allowed to look after people with phiycal an mental problems as complexas hers.
but whats worse is i work more hours then her but she gets paid more then me an only has to do 24 hours a week!

is it just me or dose anyone else think this is slightly wrong, i couldent give a toss that shes fucks me over coz shesa nutter but the fact that she is still allowed to do this job is wrong. if i had a relative in care i would want to no that there being looked after in the right why according to there needs an not by some head case who makes there problems worse insoe cases :mad:
