Well done!!! We bought some purple curtains yesterday - they are well cool. We intend to decorate our living room in the gothic style some time in the future and so the new curtains are well suited to that style. Unfortunately at the moment we still have orange walls and bright red carpets from the last wanker who lived here so anyone visiting our house will probably think we have had a good taste bypass

We used to get up to go to work before we finished our shift, work a 26 hour day and pay the boss 7/6p for the pleasure. When we got home, we would have hot gravel for breakfast.
bill?

Right. I had to get up in the morning at ten o'clock at night,
half an hour before I went to bed, eat a lump of cold poison,
work twenty-nine hours a day down mill, and pay mill
owner for permission to come to work, and when we got home,
our Dad would kill us, and dance about on our graves
singing "Hallelujah."

Of course I've had it really rough! :)
I live an really smart, brand new bungalow! The Missus, makes me a cooked brekky every morning! Takes me to work, and picks me up at night. Cooks me evening meal for me, and tends to my every needs! ;)
And you try telling that to the kids of today! :p
