auto trikes are dangerous !!!

automatic gearboxed trikes are bloody dangerous ! just managed pin myself between the garage wall and the trike :( heard a rattling noise coming from some where, got of the trike to have a look, then revved it up, yes, it was in gear, it shot forward and pinned me to the wall, going to have a loverly great bruise all down my leg

i doubt it, but i did learn to put the inhibitor switch back on a few weeks ago, after starting it in gear whilst not actually sitting on it, and having to chase it up the road :eek:
any 1 got a manual vauxhall omega gearbox :p

I had to fix my detent spring ..it was in park being revved up and it just 'fell' into reverse..just missed a couple of people and broke my back garden fence... :eek:

Mate of mine had a Jag engined trike.
Gave it to a ex Jag engineer to sort out the brain,he didn't know that the thing would start on gear,some switch missing.
He did find out after it took off when he blipped the throttle and took down three fences and a wall before stopping :D
