Cool !!! I bought a bloody great telescope when Mars passed close to the earth earlier this year.

how do you slow the slideshow down? maybe it's our pc but it was going too fast to read most of it :confused:

Just press the pause button, it then changes into a run button, when you are ready, press it again...

It's pretty amazing to think of what is out there, beyond our normal virew isn't it?
Hope I can come back a few hundred years or so in the future and get to visit some of these places!!...

Your classed as a geek if you have an interest in this stuff..if thats the case i'm a geek and want to learn more.

thing is in the scope of things what ever happens in your own life is pretty insignificant compared to what is really goin on out there innit.

And i also think thats a very healthy philosophy too.

And i also think thats a very healthy philosophy too. well, i guess i'm a geek too. i have always found the sheer mind boggling vastness of the universe well, mind boggling. loved that sam neil thing on the box a while ago where he tried to put some of the incomprehensible distances into some kind of perspective. how can anybody not be impressed by that? well cool :)
