The said bike (hereafter the first party) is the property of Ewokandtuck Trading Empire (known as the Second Party) Therefore the first part of the second party needs third party insurance (supplied by Ewokandtuck Brokers). Ipso-Facto the bike is mine...... :rolleyes:
