Have you ever tried to phone them???????????????

Ferkin hell I'm tearing my hair out here. I've tried all after noon. You go through the sodding automated service then they ask you type in a specific letter from your password so you do it.........then they ignore that and ask you to type in another letter and so on and so on. But none of these sodding letters are registering with them and then they say they will put you through to an operator and you think halle bloody luleja. then they cut you off!!!!!

You can email them because they only answer specific questions on email and there is no facility for emailing questions about your bill

So very soon I'm gonna need a hair transplant !!!!!!!!!! eeerrrrrrrr

so frustrating

Yeah, orange can be bastards alright!

I had to go round to a mates a few months back as she was having problems
with her tinternet, couldn't figure it out so had to phone them, 1 hour and 23
minutes we waited (yep, we timed it out of interest and wine) finally got through
just as she'd gone to the bog, so the guy's on the phone and he's asking me
for letters from the password and other personal info, I tells him he'll have to
wait a minute till she comes back, to which I followed it up with.....

"Bet this makes a change, you being put on hold!"

He wasn't amused but we couldn't stop pissing ourselves
over that for the rest of the evening! :D

Used to be with them and they cut me off because of there cock up and had to phone a help line at 75p a minute.
Was on hold for ages and in the end they wouldn't admit it was there fault.
I even told them the date and time of my call and told them to go get the tape that they so often say is being made.
What a surprise " it didn't work that way"
Left then after that.
But to anyone else with probs with any phone company, ask to speak to the supervisor,if they bluster just ask," Are you refusing to escalate this call"
They cannot, that is against the rules and they will get shafted by the ombudsman. ;)

We tried orange for a very short time...then found that we couldn't afford it...mobile phone calls are best for us on Virgin... Me, Son, and Wife all have cheap old mobiles on pay as you go with 10p phone calls and 3p text £10 lasts me for months...BT for internet with cheap after six and weekend calls...so three months calls costs under a fiver...pay everything cash...if I can't afford or justify it I don't buy it...John

I'm with Orange and haven't really had any problems. It can take a while to get through sometimes but I usually get there in the end. The call is free anyway.

Try calling 386 from your mobile.

Select the option to leave Orange and ask for your PUK code. This is the code you need to transfer your number. Once they think you're leaving their usually very helpfull.

Cheers,
Rob.
