Hey,
Just got back from the BMF,lovely weather, great bikes, great people, but whats with all the bikes on the road who are riding like they are at the TT,even with the police presence to help with traffic flow there were idiots doing in excess of 80/90 mph in thick traffic!!!
Dont mind speed on open roads but when the traffic is unpredictable its just stupid

they are scary

too many of em about these days

why do they think they are invincible?

and don't get me started on modern car drivers, they seem to have forgotten the rules of the road

or praps they've 'evolved' due to the fact that there are too many vehicles on roads which were designed and built for a low volume of traffic?

makes you sad to see such poor riding though

I often feel I am turning into Victor Meldrew - forever saying "I dont belieeeve it" at some of the stunts I see on the roads.

Suppose we all felt invincible when we were younger, but so many of the super sports riders aint teenagers, so what's their excuse?

Course, just realised I'm being a bit of a hypocrite, as I managed to ride into the back of my mate's V-Max at the weekend.

I stopped going years ago, I prefer rallies not a shopping experience! Best thing about the BMF is the Speedway on a fri night!

BMF is ok as its right on my doorstep, well about five mins away :) its good for the autojumble especially when im searching for so many parts at the moment!!!

anyone wanna start on BMW car drivers, where the F*k do they get off in cutting up and generally thinking they own the road?or is it just me who hates them!!!

The BMF is just a large commercial enterprise now, the only reason I was there was to help out on the MAG stand, I wouldn't have gone otherwise, and certainly would not pay to get in. I tend to avoid the larger rallies as well for the same reason.
