It's official...I am actually suffering from something that has a name, I have a mild dose of Glandular Fever. Had a rotten attack when I was 16, and had swollen glands, no neck and was totally off food...lived on complan drinks, lost loads of weight - and didnt recover fully for a good 4 months.
This time, Im slightly swollen and heavily fatigued.
The doctor said not to push myself too much, but also not too spend too much time sleeping or I won't be able to pull myself through it. :(

When I was in Aden in the sixties I was hospitalised with glandular fever...I couldn't eat or drink anything not even water without getting sick...kept me in bed for weeks with 4 penicillin injections in my bum every day...I found out I could keep lucozade down...and after that I started to get better...If you've got what I had it's suprising that they let you go home...isn't it contageous... John

Actually there is a name for it.
You're getting old, and as a result, fat and lazy.

Protein milkshakes would make me more sick...I have an allergy to all things dairy...those things are usually made with whey powder and the like. Thanks for the thought though. :)
