I've just tried out my new DVD Re-Writer and have made a copy of the Discovery Home & Leisure "A Bike Is Born" DVD where Mark Evans builds a VW trike from the ground up. The same DVD as advertised in a certain bike mag this month.
Although he's got unlimited funds, unlimited tools and a centrally heated workshop, its not a bad watch and the first person to PM me their address can have the copy free of charge.

Be careful about doing certain things and then posting them publicly! Peeps here don't give a monkeys, but you never know who's reading these threads. I might be being paranoid, but Ewokandtuck never built their vast trading empire by advertising illegal business practices. Catch my drift! (plus I'm envious I didn't get in first).

Quite agree m8, if you don't like the content, don't buy it. I should imagine that even though it was a kit trike it still has some very intresting building ideas and such. I watched the 4X4 is born on the telly and he uses a £35,000 pipe bender. No, I cant afford one either, but I do have a 12 ton hydraulic one and I would use that.

I've got a Hybrid Landie that I built on a shortened Range Rover chassis similar to the one in the Home and Leisure programme except I run a 5.7 Chevy and 3 speed auto in mine, and mine was built in freezing cold single garage with no heating, crap lighting and dodgy plugs, and I'd never seen a plasma cutter let alone got access to one, but the show was still good to watch for me.
Same as the trike build. We know its only Dracken who's got a multi-million pound fitted out workshop, but for anyone who's got an interest in trikes, there'll be something of interest for them.
