I'm looking for a bike, condition completely unimportant running or not complete or complete shed as long as it's 350cc + and cheaper than a pound of cheese. No seriously I'm not after charity just a really cheap shed I can turn into a basic get-around. So please search the darkest recesses of your shed or garage and dig out that piece of festering crap youve got hidden away. even if it's just a scabby engine. Money's very tight what with the wedding looming and losing me job and stuff but I can come up with a few beer tokens and possibly a bacon sarnie or two. I'm going more mental everyday without a bike. Sexual favours could be arranged but don't tell the missus :D

A year ago I had three bikes a trike and enough parts to open a shop, I got rid of the lot when I moved up here, bought a brand new Bandit 1200 on the never never a few months ago but it had to go back when I lost me job. now I'm sitting here bored out of me head with nothing to do but stare at the telly, and think of better days when I didnt live in this god forsaken hole. but other than that life is goooooood :D

things get better when you least expect them to. its not that long ago when i was tryin to buy another bike but every time i saved up i needed sommat for the house. you know, washing machines and cookers and things. had to sort a car out first for the 2 kids. it all sorts out in time though.now the kids have grown up and i'm tryin to sort a bike out for the youngest lol

I know a couple of blokes who have a couple of bikes sitting in their garden, I'll ask what they are and what they want for them if you like?

Okay, here you go a z400 which needs a new battery, new diaphrams in the carbs (or just new carbs), £200. The bike is Camberley, Surrey - pm me if you're interested and I'll give you his number. :)

Yeah thats about right, it's not even important if it's all there as long as I've got summit to start on I'll get it running. 500cc+ would be nice 350 would do it. christ a 250 Superdream would be better than nothing :)

I've PM'd you Pale rider.

Clanger Thanx but it's a tad too far away

dont fret about the 125 thing. as long as its under 33 bhp its legal for a learner, and old 200's tend to be less expensive then 125's

nope, ya wrong still need a 125 to do ya test on unless your up for direct access

if ya do it on a 125 you are restricted to 33bhp and below for two years though

that's because the learner laws changed - the 200cc market collapsed when the 125 law was brought in as there's no point to'em.

I had a Suzuki X5 200 once. Right heap of crap, with its prismic tank, etc.

Something I can work on under £150(condition - decent engine at least), unless the weekend goes well then more than that (but must be road worthy).
