Ok as requested on another thread, Doro wanted to see this list so hopefully this will work.....
ONE LAST TIME........
(Or things to do before I die!!)
I want to..
1. Feel the sun on my face.
2. Have a pretty girl smile at me.
3. Taste my favourite ale.
4. Get really drunk.
5. Enjoy a meal with special friends.
6. Spend a day on my bike, with the sun shining, and the weather warm and balmy, the sky clear.
7. Chill by a stream or loch, sitting under a tree, with a woman I care about in my arms, my bike sitting a few feet away, the sun shining, a bottle off wine cooling in the water, and the tent up.
8. Spend time on a ship.
9. Rock the night away until morning comes.
10. Climb Loudon hill.(local to me, where Robert the bruce stood in 1314 waiting on the English to come, before kickin there ass back home tae think again!!)
11. Spend a weekend in a quality hotel (with some female company) a weekend of total luxury
12. Spend some quality time with ALL my friends all around the country.
13. Build MY ultimate bike.
14. Travel abroad, at least once in my life.
15. Spend the best part of the day in bed, because I want to, not because I have to.
16. Try to spend a day in my fathers company. (Not as easy as it sounds! believe me!)
17. Have a weekend riding bikes with my best mate’s.
18. Be at peace with the world (Hardly likely due to my sense of injustice!)
19. Know what it’s like to be in love.
20. Know what it is to be loved (I’m still not sure if I ever have been).
21. Learn to meditate.
22. Stand on a cliff on a stormy day.
23. Share a “special place” with a special person.
24. Win a significant prize.
25. Go to the Cinema, to see something I want to see, preferably with company, as this is a “social event”
26. Have a snowball fight.
27. Walk along a beach, with or without company.
28. Enjoy a full moon, with someone who understands “The Magic”.
29. Learn to enjoy winter again, as I once did, instead of dreading it as I do now.
30. Go Ten Pin bowling.
31. Visit Calanish again, only a more mellow journey with a better companion.
32. One last time in the MOSH pit.
This lot should keep me going for a while!!
And if not, so be it!
