What kind of environment are you in when THOSE colours work as camouflage?
Mind you,I always had a few doubts about the British Army's use of forest cammo in an urban environment.Walking down the New Lodge Road dressed as a tree? You stick out like a very sore thumb!Been there, done that!

The brightly coloured ones are for fighting in the remains of paint factories and DIY stores. See Fayji's Laura Ashley Combats for example (Though watered silk does get damaged easily in a combat situation).

There was a stall at the Doncaster show this year that sold urban combat trousers and jackets with built in armour (but only for fat bastards, not us normal people with 28" waists...) and at a good price. Based in Nottingham (lass doing the stall was lovely... sorrry :p )

If you dont mean the combats in red orange etc do you mean those trousers some have taken to wearing with red/yellow/green sort of harliquin pattern on? They are chefs trousers /catering trade sort of stuff , I've seen them in Macros.

They are definitely weight lifters trousers. You need to go to a Weider type gym equipment supplies shop for the heavier material ones, or in the summer there's some Asian type fellow selling the cheaper ones on the local markets.
