putting s&b air filters on gs 850 1984

Hi all
im wanting to put s&b air filters on the carbs of my 1984 gs 850
i need to know wht main jet size to use and what needle position.
anyboby out there that can help please do. cheers

the spacers that sit on top of the needles work best under em!!

Can't help with main jet size,but if yer needles are on the middle notch raise 'em by one.Also,remove the two breather tubes from the carbs,this cuts down on the air turbulence and lets the float bowls fill easier.Try this site
