It's always better to wake up before going to the toilet. It's messy doing it the otherway round. :D

Mine always decides one hour before I am supposed to get up... like this morning... That or the cat want feeding or warmth....

Try not drinking anything two hours before turning in.

I had a kidney stone about this time last year ,it was stuck between the kidney and the bladder the pain was unreal, they put a 12inch stent in (Ill not go into detail how they got it in use your imagination) :eek: discomfort made me want to go to the loo every 2mins it was driving me up the wall luckily I didnt have long to go for an op an they blasted it with shock waves to break it up but I was peeing little bits of broken up stone for 2 days after now that was painful imagine glass ;) thankfully got the all clear from doc a couple of weeks ago(had to have regular xrays to make sure there was no more forming ) I do not want to go through that again
