morning folks

A very nice morning altho a bit cool.

took my first 2 mile walk this morning - didnt push it took around 1 hour 20 mins - and feeling every muscle in my legs straining....

towards the end could feel my chest constricting - im presuming the cold air was afecting the bronchitas as started to cough and bring up some flem - antone would think ive just quit smoking again

anyway nowt special but a couple of boring pics - one of teh sun rise as i started out and 1 took from a bridge just over a mile away from home.

Its so nice to see you getting out and about Creature. I wish I had places like that round here, but I guess I do, just need to get off my lardy arse and find them.
Keep up the exercise hun, but don't push yaself too hard eh?

yeah gets loads of usage many thanx - goes everywere with me...

theres plenty of places around here but most require waterprrof shoes or boots for morning walks which i havent got :(

got some cds for ya from Stevie for the event your holding.

John at pub hasnt paid his phone bill am waiting to here if he has a mobil number

Hope he has, coz Baldy and I really need to get moving on this.
