So if my map reading is correct, Thimbleberry Farm is south of the river and up the big hill on the road towards Middleton in Teesdale and Eggleston. Is that right Kev? If so it's gonna be fun in a loaded van which broke down 4 miles after negotiating Sutton Bank last Friday :eek:

Can't remember anything of Friday night, so I suppose it makes it a good one!!! Won a new exhaust in the raffle on Saturday which topped the weekend off nicely.

after thursday night, the friday comes
and in the distance like rolling drums
come the bikes for the weekend event
lets hope the've brought a strong enough tent
the first night starts with loads of drink
but do they stop, wonder or think?
as the rally runs on into the night
unknowing to saturdays aproaching fright
the music fades and they go to sleep
wondering why there on a hill so steep
the morning they wake to a shaking tent
the walls and poles all broke and bent
they look outside and what do they see?
the windswept mess of hurricane stonedski
tents flying high in the sky
ripped clean away from where bikers lie
toilets bouncing along the ground
quick get a rope and get them bound
cause people still need them still
even up on this windy hill
people leave cause they have no home
all because of this stonedski storm
but the weekend is not over yet
were are the rest? in the marquee I bet
as the stonedskis run round strapping things down
the bikers return from down the town
straight to the marquee to hear the band
and to continue the night at the best rally in the land
as people start to have fun
the wind dies down and out comes the sun
they party on into the night
forgetting about the earlier fright
the bands entertain until late
then they pop outside for some bait
people are happy, smiling and drunk
especially those that were smoking that sk**k
another day another night
looks like the weather turned out right
one last time to party with us
then we all go home on bikes or maybe a bus (spot)
see you at empty the barrel four
were we can all get pi**ed and party some more
