Whilst surfin' around the net last night lookin' for other folks photos from gigs I've played I came accross this review from the short set that I played at the Bulldog Bash http://www.rockbeast.com/article.php?art=1100 I was somewhat chuffed with it.

I've had the rough ones occasionaly over the years whilst I've been in bands so it's very nice when ya get a good un'.

Gonna have to find out who wrote it an' thank them :D

That's bloody lovely that, innit. It's easy for friends to lavish praise but when it's someone who obviously hasnt seen or heard of you before, well that just makes it a bit different doesnt it? :)

Unless my memory's shagged, I think it was the esteemed Yoda who told 'em who you were and pointed them to your website.

Good on ya STEViE.
Only artist i ever seen, who is prepared to play, and gets the same reaction, in front of a 5000 strong drunken marquee full, or a cleared out garage at someones house in front of 30.
Keep it up that man, you're as essential to a biker party now, as Dumpy's Rusty Nuts or Brothers Grimm were in the 80s.

If ya don't mind Taff I'm gonna borrow that thank you very much. Mind if I quote you on that.

Hiya Jus. I've done a few gigs with Dumpy over the years. Used to get support slots in Reading at The After Dark Club an' at The Marquee in London off him when I was in IronHeart back in the eighties. Met up with him again a few years ago at the Celtics an' did a bit of catchin' up over a few beers. We've done a few gigs together the last couple of years, he does a couple of songs with me an' I get up for a song or two at the end of his set. His other band Blues Intoxicated are playin' the Blues an' Country Rock Bar Thang I'm runnin' at the Welsh International Show next year on the Saturday night. A good bloke.

That'll be a case of beer next time I'm up then :D

Cheers for that Taff.

Right, best be off to walk some more dogs. The Bernese Mountain Dog that I walk had peed a bloody swimmin' pools worth by the time I arrived yesterday.

See ya.
