first you need to upload your pictures to a website, either using your own webspace or an online gallery, such as www.fotki.com .

after you have uploaded your images you will need to find out the direct address to the image - the easiest way to do this is to view your upoaded pic in your browser, right click on it and select properties.

within 'properties' you will see an entry called 'Address/URL'. select the entry (drag a selection over it) at the side of 'address/url' (will start http://.....) right click, and select 'copy' or press 'ctrl and c'. ....phew...

now, when you are creating your posting, click on the icon that looks like mountains with sun above it (just below the text size dropdown list) and paste the address you copied into the box (ctrl and v). and presto, that should work.....
