bout fukkin time summat was done like this,,,,,

Some of Britain's most wanted child sex offenders are identified publicly on a new website dedicated to tracking them down.

It is thought to be the first time that details of convicted paedophiles have been published nationwide by Britain's law enforcement agencies.

The Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre has set up the site, at www.ceop.gov.uk/wanted, to appeal for information about child sex offenders who have disappeared off the radar.

They are not men wanted over

(
unsolved crimes, but offenders who have already served punishment and then gone missing after failing to comply with legal restrictions on their movements.
Breaching these so-called "notification requirements" - which are conditions of their placement on the sex offenders register - is an arrestable offence punishable with up to five years in prison.

The five men named on the website are Alexander Colin Dalgleish, Gordon Stewart, Paul Turner (also known as Paul Francis or Geddes), Joshua Karney, who also goes by five other names, and Kamil Krawiec. The site includes photographs, physical descriptions, additional information and a warning against vigilante action.

The CEOP centre stressed that the website was not about "naming and shaming" offenders whose whereabouts are already known, but finding those who have gone missing and cannot be traced by the police.

The initiative is running together with the Crimestoppers Most Wanted site, which is designed to help track down Britain's most dangerous on-the-run criminals.

Jim Gamble, chief executive of the CEOP Centre, said: "The success of the Crimestoppers website in gaining the support of the public to help track the UK's most wanted criminals is unprecedented here in the UK. Now we need to move a lot of that success towards protecting children and safeguarding communities from harm.

"While it isn't new for the UK police to publish details of offenders on their own sites, this is the first time that a nationwide - and indeed global - approach has been adopted."

That is totaly out of order.

It should be Castrate 'em, make 'em eat it.

Then hang 'em & burn 'em'

 You lot are out of the ark! What about their human rights? not to mention hurt feelings about being called a nonce. I wonder how much compensation they could get for ripped off testicles :)

and then setting their testicles on fire in front of their eyes before putting them out with a sledge hammer and then accidently dousing them in petrol and flambeeing them whilst singing the doors 'light my fire'

be a shame would'nt it

Was just listening to the radio and apparently the police/government/whoever makes these decisions, are considering allowing single mums to check if their potential partners are on the sex offenders register as many paedophiles are targeting single mothers to get to their kids.

In mixed minds about this... can see how it would be a very good thing, but at the same time I hope they don't free up access to all records.

Just hope it doesnt get abused - single mums checking out every bloke in an area. I am sure there are some people who genuinely have changed and would steer clear of kids who could be victimised if the system goes wrong. I don't have any sympathy for them for what they've done, but if they make the effort to stay away from kids then they shouldnt be punished beyond what the law states.

Totally agree if they're active.

I rented a house a few years back and a few days after we moved in we had CID round. I was thinking sh!t what have I done... turns out our landlord was in prison for picking up girls at the school he was a teacher at. It made me feel sick, the letting agents agreed to let us find somewhere else without admin fees and my partner (at the time)s Mum said she'd pay for removal costs, but we couldnt find anywhere cheap enough. In the end we decided to stay, but the letting agents said they wouldnt let it again because the landlord hadn't told them anything. Our address had been printed in the local press as the paedophiles address and we were on the priority 999 list - basically the police said if we gave our address we would have multiple squad cars there in minutes. Managed to get the paper to print a correction and we never had any bother.

if they are active or not, use them for half time fun at footie or rugby matches.......put them in the goal mouth and get someone to run from the halfway line with toe teckters on and kick the muthafuckers as hard as they can in the conkers, then release the peodoes to the baying mob
