I've got the Bonneville America . Last Bike a HD & a Kwaka. Over the moon with the triumph !! did two's up with our lass to the Snakebite, well packed up n did the journey no probs in comfort n steady. It tops out about 110 mph. I've changed the massive indicators for mini, headlight for a peaked, number plate surround with a HD one, front gear sprocket from a standard 17 tooth to a 19 tooth, cos they tend to rev a bit high in 5th. you reduce yer top end slightly, but lower the revs n its like having that 6th gear. If you get it then go to www.newbonneville.com (http://www.newbonneville.com/). Its a USA aftermarket for the triumph place. Quick to post to uk n cheap for your parts. I've uprated the fuel tap, HT leads, Plugs n coils too (Recommend for better performance) You can get rid ov the standard air box and replace with K&n's if you do the other mods especialy if yer going to fit Straight thru slash cut (I Have). One ov the 1st things you wanna do is get rid of the Air Limiter (Two big Air jobies that run next to the plugs) Only about 17 quid.
Basically, you can do loads with yer Bonny. But if you wanna upgrade with extra bits n pieces, you have to go to the USA for the bargains. There are plenty places over here, but you cant beat the us for their custom bits.

Hope that helps. If ya wanna know anymore, pm me !http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l14/hogzbollox/Quayvipers5thsnakebite2006100.jpg

I want a Triumph America! Fell in love with it when I went on a factory visit to Triumph a couple of years ago with a bunch bikers from work!

I used to get all that with me Enfield Bullet, along with "did you restore it yourself" despite the fact it had a new reg plate, disc brake, indicators etc.

Was a bit of a laugh for a bit.
