Liked the party last time, so would definitely do another one - liked the venue apart from it was so expensive. Me and Mrs R managed to blow a hundred quid that weekend without even trying... The beer and food were overpriced a touch.

Mitch. I thought so too, but it seems that was par the course for the area. That was why I give the option of moving further north, its more central and cheaper.... shame though as the pub was a great place and the people so nice!

I didnt make the last party as i was working but i would like another one and more central would be great. Then we are not spending hours travelling the roads and we could do more socialising.

Off to Gib for the Tercentenary celebrations on the 1st August. However if the county's gonna be swamped with 3 wheelers, it's just as well!
Every weekend's probably going to have something on tho'

Have bike will travel, i did just one night at the last one how about Scotland that way i have a chance of beating Chaz to the furthest travelled t-Shirt hee hee, seriously though anywhere good for me, if you need any help sourcing a venue Pat let me know, lots of options around Lancashire area? and the girls don't fall over after two glasses of Perrier Water!! ;)
The date may be harder to choose than the venue.

Not to the bloke who comes down from his Lancastrian Ivory Tower, to Seaford, just to buy a ZL (yes that one!!!).

Talking of which, I wonder how it's going?

I was thinking more around about the weekend after the Soggy Moggy time, Im booked up almost every weekend untill then. So the general consensus seems to be to move further northward, what about Birmingham way? Does anyone know of a venue thats more central Im open to offers. :D

Mrs C was out on it yesterday. Likes it a lot! Gave the carbs / fuel tank a quick clean out and reset floats - seems ok. Got rear tyre / carb kits / filter / plugs on order , will give it a good going through and stick a new mot on it for her . Nice one! :o

That's right - rub my nose in it *whimper*. Nah I'm ok about it now!!! My new bike has been fixed and is sitting in the drive - sadly I can't ride it now because I had surgery on my leg today - bugger, foiled again. Just needs new cam chain before summers out but that's not a big deal.
Glad Mrs Chaz likes it - it is a really great bike to ride, easy and comfortable.

And guess who the lucky blighter was that rode it home from the shop? Oh yessssss, that felt good... I've not had a GT750 between my legs for any length of time for a good couple of months now!!

It actually goes now, a slight flatspot when first pulling away but that's nowt compared with how it used to be. At least I can ride it more than three times round the village green without it cutting out, just ridden the 1st 12 miles it's done in over a month.

The engine's a bit tired but it can be sorted in due course!

If I make it you will have to travel along way to beat me.(300miles south of the artic circle) and no not the ice cream one.

Pat just give me plenty notice as I have to arrange ferries etc.
