Website Upgrade

Sometime very soon we'll be upgrading the site, I just thought I'd ask what if anything you feel is missing or what could be improved , not saying Bossyman will do it, but I'll try my best, oh and before you all go on about the events page on the site... I know I know!! That'll be done too! :rolleyes:

what about a gallery for members to post their own pics in?? a virtual garage if you like, maybe just limit to 10 or 15 pics per person of a maximium file size,

then we can easily show and share pictures of work in progress etc even help with technical problems, I have own website and webspace so can do this easily for my own pics and link to them, but no doubt not many other people on here have that ability and there are occasions when a photo truely does speak a thousand words

maybe this would be a problem with bandwidth etc, but I dont know much about this sort of thing so no doubt someone far cleverer than me will comment,

You can upload directly from your computer to the Forum.

Start a Topic or a Reply, type in your text, scroll down until you find 'Additional Options'

Look for 'Attach Files'

Click on the 'Manage Attachments' button

Pop Up window appears, click on 'Browse' button and go a hunting for your pic(s)

click on 'Upload' button once you've selected pic for uploading

when it's uploaded you'll see a hyperlink to the pic in the Pop Up box, now you can close that window and return to the main window
