The European Union are trying to intervene to stop the execution as they believe capital punishment is wrong.
What a load of f*cking lily livered fluffy liberals  That man killed and tortured thoudands in the most appalling way and the EU wants him alive
The only way to treat people like that is to have them put down - and as quickly as possible!

Should be hung, drawn, and quartered.
Right outside Finsbury Park mosque.

Hanging or in fact killing him is probably what he wants because he can then lay claim to being an Islamic martyr.

My suggestion is torture him into making a pro western video that is broadcast on Al Jazeera, then drug him into a catatonic state so he's got no idea who he is or what he thinks he represents and leave him to fester somewhere in the middle of nowhere.

That should be good for a laugh.

I reckon they should sentence him to life in solitary and be made to listen to Rick Astley 24/7 for the rest of his life.

Mary I of England
During her brief reign of just over five years, Mary had almost three hundred people burnt at the stake for heresy.

King Edward I
('Longshanks') in his efforts to bring Wales, Scotland and Ireland under English rule had Hundreds of people Hung, Drawn and Quartered.

In France, the traditional punishment for regicide (whether attempted or completed) under the ancient régime (known in French as ecartèlement) was as follows: the regicide offender would be first tortured with red-hot pincers, then the hand with which the crime was committed would be burnt with sulphur and molten lead and wax and boiling oil poured into the wounds. The quartering would be accomplished by the attachment of the victim's limbs to horses, who would then tear them away from the body. Finally, the often still-living torso would be burnt.

Now you may say the Jam was right "this is a modern world", things like this don’t happen anymore. But they obviously do. Saddam has just been sentenced to death for having 270 villagers killed for attempting to murder him.

The difference is - no country intervened when Mary or Edward killed all those people (in a pretty horrific way.

This is OUR history. Britain is what it is because no one intervened.

It is a historical fact that a country has to learn by its own mistakes. e.g. Britain was invaded by the Romans. When the Romans left, we were in a worst state than when they arrived. We had our own roads before they arrived. When the Romans were here, our roads were great BUT, they were not OUR roads and we left them to fall apart. The problem was, we had forgotten how to build OUR roads and we ended up worse for an occupation that should have brought us so much technology. There are historians that talk of Britain going back 400 years in self grown technology in similar ways after the Romans left us.

This happens all the time. Kenya, Ethiopia, Algeria. The natural growth of a country, its destined future, is lost when another country interferes.

Saddam was a tyrannical dictator, a murderer, a cold blooded 'evil' man - but he knew how to control HIS country. No one else knows how to control it.

More Iraqi people have now died in the short time since the invasion than in the whole of Saddams time. And far more will die before the country gets back on track - its own track, not a track that the west wants to see.
