Ok mark has suggested that if i cant ger hold of a GL1500 engine then maybe a BMW K1200 would work(although its not as pretty)

does anyone else kow of any other flat four/six bike engines with similar physical dimensions of these two engines ?
needs to be 100+bhp (ideally)(or easilly and cheaply modified)
i believe that the
GL1500 is 100ish BHP
and the
K1200 is 130 BHP

any suggestions

It is physical dimensions rather than CC that is required

theres various car engines like this - porche obv - but also subaru engines..

scooby 1.8 = 103 bhp
2.0 turbo = 210 bhp :D
