See a solicitor. sensible thing would be to sell up divide by two, she get two bed house for her and lass, you get your own place with room for when lass stays, and you keep your bike. If she wants to keep house get her to buy you out, she prob can't afford. But as far a mainenance goes you support the child and not the mother and not the mother's bills. so pay your half of mortgage til sale can be done, if she proves nasty on the selling, working out what you'd get if you did sell would there be a profit anyway? if you think not.. just sign it over to her... all hers.. mortgage bills and all.. just pay towards the lass.
but don't sell your bike to fund her plan.
don't get me wrong not anti women in divorces I was one but don't like seeing someone get screwed over.
good luck.

Having been the woman who got screwed over I would like to say. Dont sell your bike. I got thrown outta my house with my kids but I would not & could not ever sell my bike. My bike came with me & the house got sold. Houses are just bricks & mortar they can be replaced, he wanted the house but couldnt keep it. It got sold & we got half each. He kept the car I had the bike, simple as.
You will pick up the pieces in time but dont let her make you feel guilty enough to sell the bike. It what keeps us sane (ish).
