Springer Forks Valuation

These are not the best chrome wise, the top yoke needs redoing. The spring bolts need replacing.

There seems to be a pipe on one leg and a hole in the yoke bolt at the top of the same leg. Not sure if this is for brake fluid.

Not really sure what they are worth as they need a fair bit of work.

Anyone care to offer me a price on them to see what sort of value they have ?

From the top of the back leg to the bottom is 104mm 41" and the Dia of the back leg is 34mm

The condition of the chrome is not too important at the moment as people like to get them painted at the moment.

the main thing will be to make sure there straight and that all the bushes are good.

from the pics youve posted its hard to see the forks clearly enough to give good indication of price.

but i would say anywhere from £80.00 - £200.00 - as for selling them limited market, but those like me who swear by them are usuallt prepared to travel and pay decent prices

i would query the eliptical hole on the top yoke, being only worn on one side!!!

as for price id say creature be about right, good pictures, ebay at say 75 quid reserve.

yer i will be selling them, I need cash for a starter motor for the chop.

The hole seems strange but i think it's down the the wrong sice main spring bolt, they seen straight enough in the legs.

Powder coating would make the usable again I think

eliptical hole on the top yoke is not too much of an issue a sit can be reamed out properly and an inser sweated in :)
