I saw that years ago on the news..hard to beleive,,, in America they usually shoot to kill...for jaywalking...I reckon the marksman was aiming for his head...and missed! :D John

good shooting batman! I remember seeing a clip where a guy took a women hostage in south america with a live grenande afetr a few ours a policeman ran up to the car and acted casual against the open window ion the passenger side, he was quick enough to get the door open and the girl out before the grenade detonated... brave man indeed.
