Thought I'd ride slobs rat in to work this morning, good fun for 20 mins and then it got noisy, clutch slipping, running hot, he aint bloody checked the oil again!!!


Ok I know I should have looked before I set off, but after all the shouting I trusted him to have checked it.

didn't i mention I was GOING to put oil in it before running it up north .. let me know how much the oil is and i'll paypal you some dosh... sorry geez!

No worries, buy us a drink when you see me! It took a litre, and the clutch is fecked, will sort it all before you get back.

Right, clutch is done, just cleaned and swopped the plates around, handling is a lot better - straightened out the front end, raised the front tyre pressure from 15 to 30 and droped the rear from 41 to 28.
Then put the missing bolt back into the top of the right hand shock, nearly **** myself when I noticed that. :eek:

Goes like a....well its only 450 honda but it runs really well and handles now, smokes a bit from the right exhaust otherwise great fun.
Slob you will think its a different bike.

It's a word I've picked up from these nerdy, techy type blokes that seem to like tinkering/building these choppery type thingies! ;)

It's so as to make me look as though I know wot I'm talking about and mix in with the knowledgable! (ha!) :D
