when doing the service engineers job I saw FUBAR a lot and also NSU, No Sodding Use and NBG, No Bleeding/bloody Good. there were variations like NFU and NFG.

when I was a grinder in a machine knife factory one of the senior management asked me why I'd written NFG on a very expensive blade I had been grinding I had to tell him it was "Not For Grinding" the other lads were in fits of laughter for ages :D
