100% party for next year

We will be booking our rock nites & 60's & 70's nites for next year in the next few weeks.

And was wondering if it would be possible to arrange an forum nite/weekend party ?????

only limited camping but plenty of floor space in the pub.....

limit would be around 150

is there any interest post and let us know & what prefered months/dates would be ( poss looking at feb at mo)

were not fussed about how ya get there so if bikes of the road dont worry

At Moment am fishing for dates ?????

I will be sitting down with Landlord next Wed to confirm bookings for all next years planned events.

july 30th - this will prob be a 50's-60's-70's nite
october 29th - will be halloween & eagles mcc 4th birthady bash - all ticket

dec 11th eagles xmas bash

We could combine it with a date above or any other week in Jan or feb ... except 22nd - 24th when we are doing disco at 2nd chilly willy rally

There is camping for around 10 - 15 tents - enough spaces on pub floor for around 80 more :) there is room in carpark for some caravans (if thats what you want - but only by prior arrangement).

Will be looking to put on Disco and hopefully either a hot meal or something - tickets would be around £3.50 (less if I can manage it)mark - and a shot of mead on arrival (hopefully)

I will ask around to see if its poss any bands would come n play for free or donations !!!!!

so ideas as to type of band would be helpful

well the vic was central and we didn't have to actually 'organise' anything except warn the boss man that we needed camping space....not that the warning did any good????

Don't seem to have anythin' goin' on the weekend of Feb 12th. 26th will be our February Freezer weekend so that's a definate no no for me.
